OUR SUBSTRATES

Perlite-Vermiculite
Substrate that combines both minerals, in which perlite provides good aeration and drainage, minimising the risks of asphyxiation, the vermiculite providing a certain capacity for moisture retention.
Compatible supportsTray of 104 and 150 alveoli.

Ecological Peat
Substrate with greater content of organic material and natural nutrients, necessary given the limitations of fertirrigation in ecological production.
Compatible supportsAll.

Standard combination
Combines yellow peat, coconut fibre, perlite and vermiculite. It is a mixture of substrates with good drainage, aeration and a certain capacity for retention of water and nutrients for the optimum development of glands in larger volume root balls. The superficial covering of vermiculite, present in all substrates, maintains moisture in the root ball and prevents losses due to evaporation.
Compatible supportsTray of 54, 70, 104, 150 and 247 alveoli.

Rock wool
It is an inert material, with a great capacity for retaining water and aeration. It requires perfect control of the water and mineral nutrition. It is the best priced alternative for hydroponic cultivations.

Transition peat
Substrate with greater capacity for retaining water and nutrients available for plants. It is ideal for smaller volume root balls with less space for the root.
Compatible supportsTray of 294, 384, 425 and 726 alveoli.

Coconut fibre
Inert substrate, of natural origin, with good drainage and a good capacity for retaining moisture. It provides greater ease in rehydration of the root ball than peat. It is the most economical option for cultivation without soil.
Compatible supportsTray of 104 and 150 alveoli.
